In the next ten years, I visualize myself as an empowered and triumphant figure who as achieved their goals and visions.I plan to achieve my goals through networking ,by establishing relationships with experienced physicians,researchers and healthcare professionals to learn from their experiences and gain insights,I also intend to participate in research project,collaborate with other health care professional,and stay updated with the latest medical literature,and I will pursue leadership roles in medical organizations, participate in leadership development programs and develop my skills.
The impact I aspire to make which will be beneficial to others include; improving my patients outcomes such as delivering high quality, patient centered care to improve health outcomes, advancing medical knowledge and lastly sharing my knowledge and exposure with aspiring doctors, settlements and young physicians to motivate and mold the next generation of health care learners.
An example of my essential skills, enduring values and transformative experiences that shaped my ambition.
Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed strong communication and problem solving skills which have been essential in navigating complex situation.My values of compassion empathy and kindness have guided my interactions with patients, colleagues and mentors,and also my experience at the hospital witnessing my family heart wrenching situation with no idea about medical field leaving us ignorant and making the nurses leave us to fend for ourselves,as not only deepened my understanding of the medical field but also instilled in me a sense of purpose and responsibility.
I plan to use them to overcome potential challenges by regularly attending conferences, workshops and online courses to stay updated with latest medical research, guidelines including developing cultural competence and stay informed about health care and practices that promote health equity.And contribute positively to the society by providing pro bono care, advocating for health care policy and develop community health education programs l, promoting health illiteracy, disease prevention and wellness.
From a broader perspective,in ten years now I see myself as someone who has achieved both personal and professional goals and aim and am as well ready to embrace all the opportunities and challenges, that comes my way.
