My future ambition is to become a pharmacist.
A pharmacist is a health care professional who specializes in the preparation, dispensing and counseling on medication and other health related product.
To start with, the health status of the country is not impressive and this is due to inadequate availability of drugs in public hospitals.i would love to work towards this, skilled pharmacist who are willing to work towards improving the health services are needed not those who are after the salary that is being paid to them.
However patient care and community service will be my priority, since this is what I have loved to do since I was little, taking care of people around me.l would really help since pharmacy is said to be for people who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
In conclusion, if possible I would love to establish a community pharmacy practice focused on patient education and medication management, also set up charity program to provide assistance in monetary and resources for health services, the profession pharmacy require money to operate normally,there are so many challenges facing the profession pharmacy and inadequate fund is part, by acknowledging these challenges we can together shape the future of health care.
