I aspire to be nurse in the next ten years .i will always be a care taker of the life of an individual and also protect the life of people. i am aspired by the positive impact nurses have on patients and their family and aim to offer my own empathy and compassion. i also believe that nursing is both and art and sciences that work together to continually assist my fellow human being. i will have to take five steps in achieve the career firstly patient assessment which include a thorough evaluation of subjective and objective. secondly diagnosis phase, planning phase, implementing phase, and evaluation phase. one of the most gratifying aspect of being nurse is the opportunity to positively impact patients life. some of the value attached to nursing are accountability, autonomy, curiosity, and human dignity. i have also experience a lot of thing which makes me to create much interest on this profession due to the way some of the professional do take care of the people .The ways to overcome potential challenges are ,i will practice regular self care ,put safety first, practice good hygiene, and so on. As a nurse i will play essential role in society by being advocates for health promotion, provision of consistent and underserved attention to the patient, also providing a patient centered design.
