My future career is to become a Nurse.
Nursing, the one job everyone says that is so fulling and will change your perspective on the world forever. I wanted to be a nurse since the time I was 10 years old, because I saw what they do for others everyday. Becoming a nurse was so important to me because, I wanted to do something in my career that is interesting challenging, and makes a difference in people’s lives on a daily basis. The one person who always told me I can do whatever I wanted in life was my mom. My mom was my number one supporter, and always told everyone how excited she was for me to fulfill my dreams of becoming a nurse. My mum would always tell me “Best all your dreams can come true if you just believe in your self”.
Being a nurse is very challenging and come with everyday obstacles. An ordinary day of a nurse is filled with enduring hours of physical, mental, and emotional work. A nurse always has to be on there feet and ready to go. They must be ready to face the obstacles placed upon them, and make life and death decision in the snap of a finger. This is not an easy job by any means, and can leave you run down at the end of the day. I have heart for service and a strong desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
Becoming a nurse I will be able to fulfill my passion of making a positive impact on individual lives on a daily. I will able to fulfill my nursing and caring desire of helping others. I’m very passionate and fascinated with the medical field in all aspects. I strive for excellence, integrity and love interacting with all diversity of people. My long term goals would be assist with the elderly as I’m very drawn to the geriatic community.
Untimely, I aspire to be a nurse who is respected, trusted and valued by my patients, colleagues and community I hope to contribute to the nursing profession by sharing my knowledge, skills, and experience with others and by continuing to learn and grow throughout my career.
I believe that as nurse, I can have a positive influence on my patients. Physical emotional, and social health my using evidence-based practices and working collaboratively with other health care professionals, I aim to deliver safe effective, and person -centered care.
In my future career, I hope to specialize in a particular field of nursing such an oncology, pediatric, or palliative care. By focusing on a specific area of nursing, I can develop a deeper understanding of my patient’s needs and provide the best possible care
