MY FUTURE AMBITION
My future ambition is to become a nurse. A nurse is a person that deals with caring for the health promotion , diseases prevention and self care.
Also, a nurse helps in maintaining accurate records and communicating with health care providers, providing emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
Nowadays, there are some clinical challenges facing nurses which are; limited opportunities for professional growth and development,lack of recognition and reward, poor working conditions and inadequate resources, infection control and prevention,complex patients needs, high patient ratio, etc.
Futhermore, if I am able to become a nurse, I will address many challenges and implement solutions by providing high quality patient center care and promote a positive supportive working environment.
In addition, some of the nurses that are available nowadays are only working toward the salaries that is being paid to them and only working towards the salaries that is being paid to them and not working towards how to make a positive difference in the lives of their patients.
In contradiction to this, when l become a nurse, I will make sure my patients health status and care becomes my priority.
In conclusion, by upholding these principles I will provide high quality patient center care and make a positive impact on individuals, families and communities.
